it will look somewhat like this: http://i16.tinypic.com/4tal7nk.jpg I would recommend using latex gloves for this part so you don't get any oil or anything into your lights. Stick your finger in there and push it down HARD (i hope your fingers arent big, mine just fit in perfectly) but just push until you can't anymore, and put the lights back in and see if there's still glare. I don't see any glare on the drivers side, but the passenger side has a tiny tiny spec of it but it isn't blinding at all. I tried mashing it down some more but it still remains. Now enjoy! |

You're welcome, I don't know if it is, if anything you'd need some good skills and tweezers, or probably take apart the headlights to lift them back up. However lifting them up can possibly break it off since it is metal. I will upload a cutoff pic later on today when the sun goes down.

That's what I currently have on mine, I'd like to try 5k with a 55watt.

Here is the cutoff with the squirrel finders bent down, its not perfect like actual HID projectors, but I looked and stood in different angles and I don't see glare. At least those "UFO's" are gone.
![]() and here is a closer up picture of the cutoff:

You're welcome, yeah same I had to look around in this forum on random HID threads to figure this out since I didn't want to mess up my lights.

Just get the bulb and the ballast, but if you are going to get 55w then you will need the HID harness I believe, but you will be just fine without one for 35w. I didn't get the mounting brackets, I just got some mounting tape which works just fine.

#1 6k is a white shade of blue and not the other way around, very few things happen to be blue on the road, especially people. Stay in the 4-5k range if you wish to use lights for lighting purposes.
#2 FR-S housing is not known to be good for 35W, 55W is asking for fire. #3 there is a general HID thread floating around somewhere |
