I can't believe that Audi did not hit the wall, he was headed right for it. Lucky guy.

Mosport would be fun but our cars are at such a disadvantage there, it's a very high speed track. How did your brakes do, had you upgraded anything before going?

I am running carbotech xp8 front and rear. Kw v3
The only point I felt at a disadvantage was the back straight. The back straight is a long uphill right after the slowest turn of the track. The rest Of the track there is not much braking going on and we can carry lots of speed trhoughout. Only use 3rd and 4th and 5th.

Nice lap. Looks like the Audi was braking in the corner to start it all. Mosport is not really a good place to learn as a novice driver - the walls don't forgive. Glad it all turned out OK for him though. What tire/wheel setup were you using?

The audi was going too fast for corner 9 (also turned in a bit early and could not fix because of the speed) going wide on exit and when he tried to set up the car for turn 10, the rear end loosend up and then he lifted off the throttle causing the spin.

I am running yokohama AD08 245/40/17 on advan TCII wheels.

If you go to my youtu e channel youll see my other video when o did a 1.54 at mosport with the only upgrade at the time bein tires(yokohama AD08 in stock size 215/45/17)

I'm a big fan of JRP but I would recommend trying an Apex day. I do some work for them and IMO they seem to be the most organized track company at Mosport. And to your point, they do a great job of separating skill levels. Keeps everyone happy

If your interested give me a PM, I'm working at their next day (Oct 11)
