I think it's amusing how many classes have more than one midterm. Because then neither exam is in the middle of the term, thus invalidating their titling as "midterms."

Maybe your weakness is being too critical of yourself?

But again, I was sitting one with suspension upgrade and another Boss 302. Maybe that is not a fair comparison.
They are tight for as large as they are. And I think the FT86 is spacious for as small as it is. But if you think that's tight, don't bother trying a Focus ST (LOL). Equipped with Recaros, I was not comfortable in the one I tested.

Although saying that, I consider myself to be a very fast learner who can make up for that difference in a short amount of time."

my go to, can now be yours.

ie. lack of experience is a weakness that everyone has,
but not a fatal one that they won't hire you over if worded correctly.

g'luck man.
This is a good answer. When they ask the weakness question, they are looking for two things.

They don't want you to lie. "I'm perfect" doesn't fly. They'll see you as arrogant or naive, or they'll think you didn't bother to think about your flaws before the interview (i.e. didn't care)

They don't want you to be nervous about your flaws. A piece of interview advice I've carried with me over the years is "Never say no, even if the answer is no." What this means is, if they ask you, "Do you have experience with X", don't say, "No, X isn't something I care about" or "No, X and me don't get along." They prefer to hear, "I have not had exposure to X, but I believe that I can learn X if given the opportunity." Always turn a negative into a positive. You are selling yourself. By presenting your weakness in a positive, hopeful light, you're telling them precisely the truth, that you have some missing qualities, but you are willing and able to pick it up if they give you time and training.

When I got asked the weakness in a sysadmin interview, I told them I didn't have any industry certs which puts me at a professional disadvantage. Their response was "well, that doesn't really matter so much any more as long as you can do your job."

Yeah, I'm a sysadmin now.

Also I'm so glad it's Friday.

Seriously, what's you guys best answer to that interview question?
I've been tempted to put "bullets" and "OVER 9000" in the past.

My favorite was "Would you rather work as part of a team or alone" Answer choices: "Yes / No" <--- lolwut. A friend showed me that, lol
