Woohoo. I say now that there is a tsb for the crickets we have a single dealer buy all our replacement fuel pressure assemblies and we drop them off at the same time. Lol

I took my car to the dealer today (check engine light came on after the idle dropped to 400 rpms). I took in the TSB with me. Luckily my car was warmed up so the chirping was there. The service rep and the technician agreed the noise was not normal. I was told that I had two issues... The TSB, they told me the parts were in California so they would be in tomorrow. The ECU, they told me it may take 3 weeks.

Jeff i will be by Big Two within the next couple of days to get this issue fixed, lol. Might want to notify them that our club will be coming in to get our cars fixed = ).

Ya, do me a favor. If anyone goes to Big Two Toyota/Scion ask for Billy Garlin in service and tell him I sent you. He will take good care of you. And while your there stop over to the Finance Dept and visit me. I'll talk to Billy tomorrow and see what the deal is with parts and etc. call him for an appt. 480-898-6000 is the main line to the dealership.

I just called Billy the service advisor, and sent him the TSB. I get to work tomorrow at 2:00. He is aware of it and is going to get parts on order so I will update everyone on the status.
