so that intake that they have on there is just a different pipe then? @0:17 or is that the stock intake in Australia??

Pretty sure I spotted a HKS logo on the silicon.

Those wheels and tyres they put on probably added a bit of weight too. The aus spec 16s are light

I think this test would have held more weight if they had kept the same rims. Changing the mass of the actual rim must affect it too..

Still, I guess what they are pointing out is still true to point.

yeah should of had the same wheels. but oh well. ill just pop A050 on mine when i get it!

The oz wheels were 17'' so if anything the rotating mass has increased. Lightweight wheels alone would hardly account for 1.5 seconds per lap difference.

The car took the corners with the r888 like a boss, stayed very nice and flat!

Its funny because my best lap there in my old DC5 was 1:13.0 with a fully tuned motor, then again this guy isnt any regular steerer
