Went for a ride up to the Rio Grande Gorge, this small span has a 750+ foot chasm to the river below. In the background is the Taos Valley ski area, with Wheeler peak to the South (right).

Yesterday Zakk and I went for a stroll to the Valle Grande the elk were forming up the herds and the bulls were bugling letting all the cows know the rut is near. There are actually about 200-300 elk behind the car down in the valley, sorry I don't have a telephoto lens.

It's about 250 down to the valley from where I took the picture, the little string of dots about an inch north of the drivers mirror are elk, they are about 3 kilx out at near a 32 degree angle.

Pikes peak

[QUOTE=SkullWorks;318792]I bought Mine in Denver Colorado and drove it back to Los Angeles, so we took backroads all the way out of Colorado and started with a trip to the top of Pikes Peak, We passed 100 miles on the odo somewhere on the trip up to the peak.

Skullworks, how did the brakes handle the trip down the peak?

DAVE FR-S. Isle of Palms SC

This is at a small parking spot at the H.L. Hunley Bridge on Breach Inlet connecting Isle of Palms SC to Sullivans Island from the Intercoastal Waterway. NOTE: The white and blue round house in the background made it thru Hurrican Hugo that devastated Charleston SC in Sep 1989.
