There are just too many other options in the market place. 3. Lack of info/replies from the guys. Good luck, but this time I had to go with another option.

1. I'm pretty sure thats why they call it a test fit, so they can fix any potential issues with the exhaust. 2. Apparently no one has patience for quality products anymore(opinion/biased statement people..gah lighten up) 3. What you talking about Willis, did you not see the informational posters videos and pictures that ark has posted up. Sure, they haven't replied as much or as fast as people would like them to, but the fact remains, they still replied.

When all is said and done im still going to be patient BC I like the quality of what ive seen. I'd much rather buy an exhaust that is made properly than one that is thrown together fast.

And it is in the higher price range of the available exhausts. You guys should be happy they're taking longer to develop a product that you're going to end up paying more for than most other exhausts.

A proper exhaust can be made without taking forever...it's not rocket surgery...

To be clear, I never knocked any of ARK's products. I still like it, although I wish it could have been available sooner. Call it impatience, but I just couldn't hold out any longer without any additional info. That's all. Still wish ARK and the guys there the best of luck.

I understand the general "time" it takes to make an exhaust, but who are we to give a company a deadline on the products that they make.

I have an mr2, and for people who are familiar with the community know of the local dedicated companies that produce products solely for the car. One of those companies is called madpsi. For those who dont know them they have some of the HIGHEST quality products made that you could put on the car. You wanna know what else is funny, its taking them 4 YEARS to make ONE batch of a specific product they are making for the car. Does that piss people off? Sure it does, does anyone complain when the final product comes out? Not one single person. You know why? Because it's made right, time is put into it, and its quality handcrafted work.

My point is that each person is going to have a different "timeline" on their product, you are entitled to your frustration on the lack of speediness just as I am entitled to my patience of waiting for it. But at the end of the day, its their product, their quality, and their mindset of how they want things to turn out.

So stick around, get some popcorn, have some fun, and see what happens.

How about the exhaust manifold for the blacktop 20 valve 4AG that has been finalized about 3+ years ago. took about 10+/- years of R&D to perfect the product and that is why the header is $4k. produces the most power out of any header made for that car.

How close is the nearest competitor, power-wise?

Average junk header (rushed production) is pushing around 12whp (being nice about this number)(been awhile since i have looked up parts for my Corolla) where the quality header is making something around 26whp (possibly more around 30whp). Now headers are completely different then a plain exhaust system. well cat backs still have "cats", they are limited to their performance results but the angles of the system can be improve flow. exhaust systems are pretty much personal preference as far as sound goes.

ARK is only taking as long as its been due to shipping samples back to Korea and waiting for their return. They have been on top of things and are moving as fast as they can. As i keep in contact with them, they said they should be ready soon (around mid October). ARK is very professional and they deliver high quality systems. As soon as they receive shipment of the final product they will Dyno them before they sale them. Just give them time

front and rear versatile carbon fiber or fiberglass overfenders with a custom duck tail trunk lid. Everything is being made to flow with the car as well as match up with other existing kits that are already produced.

I've heard both the GRIP & DTS system. You won't be disappointed. They both sound good.
