Yup same same. This results in that awkward moment where you have to turn the car back on just to roll up the window

Mine has been working fine since the Cam gear replacement. Not sure if the frequent battery disconnects may have solved it, but works every time now.

Same problem -- left me second-guessing if my index finger wasn't working correctly. Glad to know it's the button that might need replacing and not my finger :P

Mine too. Passenger side died about two weeks ago. Have not found the time to see dealer yet. Not too bad now that the weather has begun to cool, but still annoying to experience on such a new ride.

Yea, mine only acted up once in the past two weeks. Maybe its just me getting used to pressing the button a 1/2 second longer

And I thought it was just my BRZ. Yup, I have the same issue. I have to find that 'magic spot' for it to work right

Being a former tC driver, I thought that it was just me still getting used to the slight angle of the buttons/switches, and my muscle memory needing to be adjusted. I tried to develop the habit of double tapping the passenger window switch just to get it to go, with little success.

Glad to know that isn't me, though. But it's still kinda frustrating to have to glance over and realize I have to hit the damn switch again, when I jump on the freeway and try to roll up my windows once I hit the 50~55 mph range.

Hope someone finds a reliable fix for this soon...

i've found that it helps if you press the switch just in front of the crescent shaped indentation (the indentation i'm referring to is located in the middle on the switch.)

Is this a switch issue. Can you swap the driver side and passenger side to see if it follows the switch. Or is this something that the ecu detects then tells the window to go all the way.

Just got a call from my dealer that SOA has a service bulletin on this issue saying they're aware of the complaints, but that it works how it's supposed to and they should not fix it. I'm going to go in and read this bulletin, because that's garbage. One auto button should not work differently than the other.
