Hello all. Own and drive a Raven FR-S 6MT. Also own a 1993 Nissan 240SX. Tracked the FR-S last Saturday. Must say I was not diappointed, except the tires. The stock tires at Driftwater are only good for about 3-4 laps, then require a cool down period. Going to order Fortune Auto coilovers and Speed Star tires before the next event.

Disclaimer: I've already contacted a mod about becoming a supporting member. I'm a forum owner as well :-).

Anyways, hey everyone! My name is Chris, and I've picked up a vehicle and cleverly convinced those in my family that it's for the shop. This will save me a lot of headaches in the future.

I've owned a Scion TC (automatic... ex wife's) and my other vehicle is a modified FJ Cruiser. The last time I could consider myself a sports car enthusiast was when I had a MR2 Spyder (w/ 2zz motor swap). I know some people don't think that was a very good generation for the MR2, but I beg to differ. You just have to have the right mods. No one even knew it was a Spyder. 13.5 in the quarter mile on a 1.8L NA motor wasn't bad.

It's great to be able to purchase a vehicle that has much of the thrill that vehicle did without completely breaking the bank. I got the weight down to around 2150 for the Spyder and hope to do some quick weight reduction here. 16 lbs of unsprung weight with the wheels, whatever a 13 lb Odyssey battery will drop, and maybe a Borla exhaust.

My list of future mods is pretty high, and we should get the car on the dyno this week for baseline runs. I installed a RAM mount for my Ipad 3 the other day and have a set of HID headlights coming.

GT86 from Italy

Hi! I'm Stefano from Modena, Italy. I ordered my GT86 AT Dark Grey back in July and today my dealer informed me I could go there and see it. Pickup is scheduled for friday (waiting for plates and insurance papers). I took some pics but I was shaking a bit and the light was very poor so you will have to wait a few days to see my wonderful "Blackadder". Ciao!

Greetings everyone, just picked up my Whiteout FR-S MT last week Friday. If you are on the fence about it, do yourself a favor and just go buy it!

Whiteout AT here, just got it last Thursday. Great car coming from a 18 year old Miata. Can't wait to actually take it out for a proper drive!

Hello!
Just put down a deposit on a MT FR-S, the dealer says it'll be here next week. Oddly enough the he can't tell me what colors are coming on the truck, so hopefully there's a blue one in there, otherwise I'll take what I can get as long as it's manual.

The anticipation is killing me, just can't wait to get that baby out on to some twisty roads. The (AT) test drive really wet my appetite
