what? no it doesn't. the stock axleback hooks up on the driver side by the rear wheel. this one hooks up dead center.

that picture just makes me think its axel back, looks like the stock bend and everything.

This is a cat back all axleback exhausts hook up to the factory mid pipe flange on the DRIVER'S side this hooks up in the middle.
