Hummmm, 69 k's on the clock and due to the race prep I have no warranty !!! If it shit's itself before it does a lap in anger I will be rightly pissed !!

If I can confirm a tune or cam/crank sensor issue I will fix it before testing... just need Toyota to get the fix and info out there and soon.. I was told Blacktown has four in for major repairs.. not good

tested mine, nothing out of the ordinary. the engine ticking is what annoys me. but that is suppose to be the injectors or something.

i love people that throw in their 2c's about a new product launch when they clearly have no idea...

when you launch a brand new product regardless of how much QA testing and field testing you do... there are always going to be issues that arise that were not accounted for in testing because you simply cannot test the Sheer volumes VS when it goes to market.

If you want them to do extensive product testing where they test 10,000 cars... then you need to expect to pay $60K for the car instead of $30K because they need to recoup their costs.

You buy a GEN1 car you get the joy of it being new and exciting, you get the drawback of being a guinea pig.. thats why they have warranty.

Don't worry mate, if there's anyone who doesn't care it's me.

I care so little what badge is in my garage, I actually ordered a Toyota.

@ primetime - No offence intended, but I have to say you're starting to sound like a broken record stuck on a negative note. We understand that you were/are annoyed about the spare tyre deletion and we applaud you for having the balls to cancel and buy a 370... but perhaps it is time to move on emotionally and stop the constant 86/BRZ beating? Just a friendly suggestion.
