Looking forward to getting my 5DIII finally, been rocking the 7D from release but the speed is wasting rather have FF sensor!
Depends on the photo, I've played with different positions.. I personally like having the wheels slightly angled at times, gives it a sense of action rather than just a car sitting there being pretty. I get what you mean though, thanks dude!

Yeah the new 5d mk3 is an absolute beast! I was really close to buying it.. but then figured I'd save up more and put some cash into my car instead haha. The 6d looks interesting too, finally a new FF added to the range.

Good shots given the lack of light. Train station car parks are always good if you can't find any decent lightening or Westfield Carparks.

Just some constructive criticism with the first and last photo on the white 86 I would of turn the front wheels the other way this way the camera sees wheel itself instead of seeing tire

Good work non the less though

Maybe in most cases, but you have to agree, the way the tyres are now makes the cars look like they are talking to each other, interacting & moving - which is the main reason I love these so much.

Thanks for the criticism.
I tried to make the wheels look like they are turned as natural as possible. If I had turned them the other way, it would look like more of a pose (maybe... I donno. I'm no expert.)

Thanks man! I actually love and prefer working with very low light (only with still scenes haha). It gives me more control over the image I'm trying to capture and the amount of different lighting techniques you can do with long exposures is a load of fun too

I agree about the first photo, could have worked the other way too but I do like the fact that it's facing the camera and it's got an intimidating "I'm coming for you" vibe.

The last one is exactly how @Rusty86 described it haha

Just giving my opinion as a fellow photographer by no means am I saying the photos are bad. Just my personal opinion I seem to be distracted by the tire and losing focus of the subject.

But best part about photography there is no right or wrong way it's a creative medium that expresses what the person holding the camera sees, just giving some tips that I've been told along the way.

If low light is right up your alley have you tried light painting yet?

Love the pictures man, dangerfield.

If I could, could I request some with both the DRL and the parking light on?

I'm not sure, exactly how it works but basically I was hoping to see the DRL strip of LEDs as well as the bulb in the middle, so it sort of looks like an eye with a brow. WTF86 has one or 2 pictures like this, would love to see some more.
