Hey gamers, my 15 year old has saved his pennies and is wanting to by an XBox (we've always been a PS2/3 and PC gaming family).

If the XBox will be a secondary system and most likely the games will be played in a serial fashion from Gamefly (not a lot of DLC or long term game storage), how much disk space do you really need? Would a 20GB system be sufficient? (He's looking refurb since he's paying for it).

I have had a 360 for many many years, and only recently have I reached my space limit. I dont know how much space I have but I believe it is the standard from back then. I have a lot of games, and only now do I have to delete the data from a game I dont play anymore when I get a new game. I have more games than I need - so with no long term game storage you will not need much space.

If you're not downloading games, apps, movies, and music then I'd say you should be fine. At some point though when your memory starts to max out you'll need to start deleting old game saves, but you won't lose your achievements if you or your son cares for that. Hope that helps you out and make sure you guys get Halo.

Get a 16 GB flash drive for $25. I use one and between the 4gb onboard flash drive, I have plenty of space even with a few games installed. It's a bit involved to find the right flash drive. I spent a couple hours just verifying which one would work by searching reviews on newegg after I ordered the wrong one (which I managed to cancel in time). The xbox360 approved flash drive is like $30 for 8gb so it was worth the little bit of effort.

Now I can plug the flash drive into any xbox360 and access my saved game files.

How cheap. The final boss for tekken tag 2 arcade is Jun Mishima AND Unknown on a ridiculously high rank. I found I did pretty well with Jun (believe me when I say she wasn't the one of the first 10 characters I tried) but I can't get a good second. I liked Hwaorang, Yoshimitsu and Alisa but I'm not nearly as good with any one of them.

Quick question, I guess I missed the memo or something, but why is there Virtual Fighter characters in this now?

AK or Jaycee! They're fun to use. Or Jin work well too

As for a question, just for hell of it lol DoA series physics were base off VF & they finally co-op to do lil fun feature for the fans

Got to play Borderlands 2 for an hour or so last night, picked up some crazy revolver that fired explosive ammo as fast as I could pull the trigger. Looking forward to getting a chance to spend some real time with it this weekend.

Aren't all developers doing that now? Day one DLC or updates. It seems like the industry never releases a finished product even ones that honestly don't require too much work, IMO. (Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed, etc.)
