funny thing is... all these people preaching about functionality and how he ruined a "drivers car" dont realize that this car probably functions and handles perfectly fine at this height and wheel fitment. Not to mention he actually DRIVES it.

Sorry but Im sure that this car handles and looks better than your beloved stock FR-S's. You guys sound like old man Miata drivers.

the car is low.
get over it.
if you think itll be terrible at everything, more power to you. i dont need 50 subaru dudes off nasioc telling me about my suspension travel or wheel fitment.
its my car. its as low as i want it... and however incessant you people are... your comments will have zero effect on how i build my car.
kids? LOL. You sure don't take criticism well, do ya. Maybe you need to prove something to yourself...seems that way.

Most people come on here to get and give opinions. It is my opinion that your car looks awesome. It's also my opinion that it's at a relatively non-functional height. It is my opinion that the car would be better at everything if it wasn't that low. Why do you care so much about my opinions on those matters?

Because you're stating your opinion as fact and presenting it like an asshole.

I don't really get the mentality. Not every FR-S is gonna be some balls out track beast or stay stock. Not everyone buys the car for the exact same reason.

It's okay if he buys the car for how it looks and modifies it to his tastes.
What he does doesn't affect you.
You can still leave your car stock or get aftermarket wheels that are 17x7 if you like.

That said, I respect the work he did to get these to fit. And I'm a big fan of meisters

Its the internet, theres going to be all these purists who make it seem like they're going to be race gods. If they dont like the stance crowd, then they should just stay out of the threads with them. You dont see alot of the stance crowd hating on alot of the hideous set ups and mods people are doing on here

Sorry for the noob question but I really like these rims but I am not planning to slam the car like you and don't want to do fender work, is the fender work due to the low offset or the ride height or both..I wanna get these rims but they're expensive to experiment and get the fitment/look wrong.. I plan to put the car on coils before mounting them and wrapping the rims on 225/45 r17 Tires..

Love the deep dish look/lip

Thanks

I live in Chicago and daily drive the Lexus, and drive the BMW regularly on the street.

There's plenty of suspension travel.
