Hallo Arnie hier aus Nord Deutschland, raum HH. Ich habe ein Peugeot 106 XSi und ein WRX Kombi. Ich überlege auch ein BRZ zu kaufen. Mal schauen. Aber ich bin ein sehr grosse fan von die beiden autos aber ich denke es wird nur ein sehr kleine tuning bewegung in Deutschland für dieses Auto. Spricht keine TÜV für die ganze coolen teilen.

Hi Arnie from northern Germany, live around Hamburg. I've got a Pug 106XSi and a WRX wagon. I'm also thinking of picking up a BRZ, we'll see. I'm a big fan of both these cars but i'm thinking its just going to be a fairly small tuning movement for this car, which means none of the parts will have TÜV certification.

At least we'll have KW coilovers with TÜV. And I'm sure Eibach will have some swaybars and their springs. But all of the rest of the cool stuff like Essex's Ap Racing kit or some of the exhaust options...no joy.

in der letzten Ausgabe von der Auto Motor und Sport wurde der Toyota GT86 kurz getestet, man war positiv überrascht. In der aktuellen Ausgabe wird der BRZ mit Audi TT 2,0 TSFI und Peugeot RCZ 200 verglichen, und kommt nur auf den letzten Platz, das übliche von wegen Haptik und billige Materialien, schwacher Motor etc.....

in der Autobild Sportcars wurde er gegen den RCZ und Mini Coupe JCW getestet. Zwar hat der GT86 die langsamste Rundenzeit, jedoch macht er am meisten Spaß und hat beste Preis/Leistungsbilanz. Insgesamt Platz 2 von 3 und gegen den RCZ verloren weil der wohl besser einlenkt?!

Hi Joerg,

It was nice, too much rain on Sunday but I've done anyway more than 10laps, the Nordschleife is magic, and I really enjoy it (and the awd of my Impreza)

When we left on Monday Toyota presented the 86 to German dealers, here some pictures.

Next trip is already planned, I'll be for the driving days next October.
