they don't flow with the lines of our wheels wells.
these hang too low, stick out too far, and are labeled with needless graphics. |

They actually look better than you think in person. The flaps aren't too obnoxious.

how easy are they to remove? i'd probably have them on for the winter and then remove them for the summer.

I'll be running a set this winter. The black with grey lettering, so it won't be very noticeable. I'd rather run the flaps than deal with the rock chips.

I don't know how I feel about the Rally Armors now. I just don't think they look right on this car. But, I'd like to see them on the car from a distance, if possible. Anyone have a pic of theirs? Plus, I just can't justify the $129 price of these, but they do protect more then OEM ones. I'm mainly using it to help keep dirty water/dirt off the side of the fenders, since that area, along with the trunk tend to be the dirtiest parts of the car for me.

![]() I saw an FR-S on facebook with a light pod on the hood, I thought it looked sweet. I can't remember who had it though. I put my Rally Armor on last night and I have to say I love how it looks! I plan on driving this car in winter, running some winter rallycross, and maybe some ice racing. So I'm gonna get my moneys worth out of these ![]() ![]() I forgot to add, The rear flaps are very wide. So if you upgrade to wider tires you should be covered

I just got a set today and installed them. Just a tip for those that plan on getting these on installation. You'll have to turn the wheels when doing the fronts to get enough room to fit a short screwdriver obviously, but for the rears, I found that it was much easier to install the inner screw before installing the bracket to the car. You can hold the mud flap with bracket to the car to determine the final position and adjust as necessary. Then firm it up, install the bracket, then the 2 outer screws. There is still enough movement to adjust for vertical alignment with the inner screw tightened down. Just remember to snug the screws and don't go crazy tightening them.
I got the black with grey lettering on my DGM. I think they look really nice and don't stand out too much. |

I really like these mud flaps. Not too big on the looks though. AWESOME on a WRX or STI but to me the BRZ just isn't a mud flap kind of car.
However, I will be buying these for the winter to help protect my car from slush and debris. Look very functional. Thing I like best about them is that they only attach to the inner fender of the car. The factory style ones wrap out onto the fender really do a number on your paint (better off without them) Had a set like that on my truck and the sand, salt, etc. got between the mud flap and fender. Just vibrating all that stuff into the fender like sandpaper. There was a nice spot with no clear coat when they were remove. Just stating my experience and why I will be going with the Rally Armors for winter. |
