It's DeMontrond. I was going to call Champion Scion, but their online Google review score (11/30) would put them at less than 2/5 stars, so I don't do business with anyone with that many bad reviews, which is incidentally why I sell reputation management services...

Back on topic. I got super lucky and this was a custom order of someone who backed out a while back because the dealer refused to not drill into the bumper. So mine has a plate but I don't really care. I've been looking at this one for about 2 weeks since it's on AutoTrader, and when I called today, someone had already made an appointment to see it but they chose to get a BRZ instead, so everything sort of fell into place lol.

That's not to say I'm any good at driving the damn thing yet lol. If you see me lurching from stops and misshifting gears like nobody's business, that's me LOL.

Congrats Looks like you bought the same one I looked at this past weekend and passed on. Who was your salesman?

I looked at that same car; it's been sitting there for about 3 weeks. Surprised it took this long for someone to snatch it up lol

Yeah it's been there a while, which is surprising considering it's one of the lowest priced red ones in the area with the add-ons (BeSpoke, all mats, tint, paint protection, etc.).

Awesome. For me it was the front plate (and Bespoke stereo); gonna hold out to get one without. But otherwise it looks like a great car. Let us know how ya like it

Ah, well, the stock images looked like the windows are a bit more transparent than my car's, but if that's stock tint, then I guess that's dealer sales tactics for you lol. Hope to see you around!

i picked up the asphalt one yesterday. i told my friend about the white one, and he's booked it for today. looking at it today at least, possibly purchasing if he decides that he likes the whiteout.

is your asphalt MT?

I had been shopping around the past few weeks and called for the asphalt but the rep said it was sold (last Friday).

On Thurs of last week they had a hot lava, ultramarine and asphalt @ Fred Haas Toyota up in Spring. All MTs I would have picked up the asphalt but it had 5000 in add-ons. +19" rims in houston is a waste.



Picked up a firestorm from Don McGill Katy. Now that I own one I figured I'd join. Long time lurker first time posting.
