I saw the GT-86 HID's in person and they are Effing nice!
Why not go for those? (Before anyone asks, yes they are different from the BRZ on the LED stripe. The BRZ has the eyebrow, the GT-86 is like a brighter line of LED's)

Keep in mind if you buy the BRZ headlights you may need more than just the headlight. I own one and there is an extra switch in the BRZ that the FR-S doesnt have because the BRZ headlights are height adjustable from inside the car.

The problem with getting BRZ/86 headlights is that if you buy them with the ballasts and leveling switch and all that nonsense, you end up spending what's essentially the cash difference between an FR-S and a BRZ Limited. Sooo you shoulda just bought the BRZ in the first place. Hopefully (for you guys, I'm getting a BRZ) in the future there will be a couple cars wrecked and you can pick up the light assemblies for less.

Would not mind getting brz hid lights on my Frs but have to deal with installing the leveled switch and figuring out where to put that thing on the car.
