Your at the bottom of the list. Not because you ask questions but because you filled out the form later than everyone else. I'm not shipping out anyone's cable until everyone's tune and cable are ready.

Just got home and going through everything - you have a loaner cable on route to you already.

Since the cable is getting shipped from customer to customer I'm also not entirely sure who's getting the cable next.

You basically have two options.

1. No tune but you'll lose the deposit because I've already created your shipping labels - (two of them), and they can't be refunded.

2. You give me a call today and we discuss this.

I'm sure that most of us that work with customers on a regular basis do this. I've had the conversation numerous times "I think it's best if you find someplace else to spend your money". That doesn't necessarily mean the customer is in the wrong, just that we didn't see eye to eye and are better off parting ways. Usually for me at least it means that dealing with them had a negative impact on service for other customers, which to me is more important long term than making one more sale. Hope there aren't any hard feelings, but kudos.

There will be more tuners soon to help relieve the pressure. Sure it would be nice to have the option of giving a referral to another tuner at times. Part of being the first in the field to do something in high demand I suppose.

Again, if anyone in Texas needs a loaner cable, hit me up. I'm not sure if it'll lead to you getting a tune quicker but I'm just trying to help out. The tune is what should have shipped from the factory. Period.

Why would you send me a loaner cable when I said in the form I filled out last week that I already had a loaner cable? I've had a cable and been ready since last week.

Keep your deposit. There's nothing more to discuss.

This was the reason I posted my original question about turn around, because I had a cable when I filled out the form.

I am assuming the tune list on the front page is for people who have recieved their tunes and are waiting on cables. I say this because I dont see my name anywhere on the list.
