I got a new flash from John because of the intake bog. It fixed it for the most part, but every now and then I get a slight stutter when getting on the gas at low rpm. I need to try to replicate it while logging.

Just curious.
I feel the "turn around time" is hard to quantify. It all depends on where you are on the list. He has to prioritize and balance his time as this is not his only platform/responsibility, and because he is doing all of this by himself.

I, like you, should just be patient and wait.

I don't have a problem with waiting patiently. I have a problem with lack of communication. Some of us are borrowing cables from other people.

I don't get what the problem is.

What do you guys need me to say?

I've been posting in here every time I do something or need something

No problem here man. I was just asking the question to people who already got their tunes done. If I were being impatient I would have called you directly and would have no problem doing so.

No one has a problem with what you are doing for us, or the community. Starcream15 mentioned communication. Now John, don't get offended, but I agree with this. We all understand that your a one man band, and you are active on other forums, and developing tunes for other vehicles as well. Most of us get it. But sometimes we are left in the dark about some things. I have sent you data logs, after you said "start sending them now". When I asked a week later about it, you just said "ya, I got it." So what does that mean? You looked at it? You don't have time to look at it? If your too busy to pay attention to a specific vehicle, then just tell us. I don't know if I am alone on this, but I just would like some communication when it comes to customers who spent a large amount of money on a product. And that includes me, I still plan on purchasing your E85 tune in the not so distant future. Again, the last thing I want is for you to take this the wrong way. You have done amazing things for the FRS/BRZ community, and I can't thank you enough. Some people just might need answers, even if its something they might not want to hear. This will be the only time you will hear anything constructive about the situation. I am by no means telling you how to do your business. I will wait patiently from now on.

I suppose since the conversation has been started I'll make one suggestion.

In the OP put your list of 60 people in the order that youll be doing them and as people get their tunes done, they post that they are done. I imagine this would cut 50%+ of the interruption you get during the day. This helps everyone! And so that it doesn't seem that I'm just asking for someone else to do the heavy lifting here, I would be more than happy to help maintain the list to take load off John's back.

Just a suggestion though. It's your show.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if your read the last post in the actual group buy thread, there was mention of an updated list as things progressed,. But I have not seen this list, which is obviously causing confusion and would resolve what most are interpreting as a lack of communication, agreed ?

Yes, for me at least. My original question about 'turn around time' could not be answered because, while we all know there is a list, no one knows where they are on said list.

If it's ok with John, everyone that was part of the GB can add themselves to this doc. I never used Google Docs before, but would it make a mess if multiple people try to add themselves at the same time? If so, I'd be willing to make a list for John if it's ok with him and I'll do all the editing to this spreadsheet.

Agreed, there's no question that people are getting frustrated. But instead of everyone getting short with John and John in turn getting frustrated with everyone's concerns. Let"s just get this thing fixed and see an updated list before things get out of hand any further
