Very cool. Really wish Toyota would hire B-Reel though to make something cool happen with this car. Probably the most creative ad agency out there.

Here is a good JDMparts online website that I personally trust but their prices are very expensive. try it if you want.

I bought a lot from these sites but be prepared for Custom TAXES when buying internationally.

I suggest buying 1 part a week to avoid taxes. Buying in bulk is a death wish for your wallets. Don't even try multiple single transaction because they will still ship it together.

Yeah but at least when you import from the Philippines, you won't have to worry about the alignment of the headlights since it's going to be LHD, as opposed to importing RHD headlights from Japan - right?

well yes in a way you are right since it will be easier and hazel free compared to RHD, but in new cars no one would want RHD from japan. I have made contact with JAPAN PARTS and it seems they finally have the missing under panel for the 86 and BRZ but they haven't updated their cataloge

Nice, expect to be bombarded with questions regarding headlights, foglights, trunk mat, floor mats, and the interior paddings. Bwahahaha

Not only is the supply ridiculously exclusive to a select few the price is also ridiculously inflated with taxes (the base unit costs USD37K compared to the US FRS of USD25K).

The U.S. market is still by far the lucky market for getting almost an unlimited and relatively "cheap" supply of the FRS. Just about any average American Joe can get one.
77 units for Year 2012
Additional 200 units allocated for 2013

dealerships there are also jacking up the price on these units as well. i spoke to one dealer earlier and one unit is selling for 2.4 M. not the nur spec unit but a regular unit

holy markup!!!

for that price i can buy 2 FRS or BRZ

i wonder how people can afford to buy these cars at that price

They say people in Philippines are so poor, little that they know, there's a lot of damn ballers here...

In Toyota Cauyan, Isabela branch... They made a biding on it. Already reach Php 2.4m also. The catch is the winner gets a free full TRD kit.
