Actually, just look at the watch on the table, 11:44 AM (I think). It is hardly a breakfast by all means, but this definitely can be the first meal for the OP.

I like poutine, but just not for breakfast.

And, this just look like what I can get at Costco usually....

Interesting. Being a Canadian, I would say I saw fries, gravy, and mozzarella cheese, and thus that is a poutine.

So ok, that white cubes are chopped onion. The *curry ketchup* really looks like gravy. Where is the mayo? Or whether if it is shown in the picture.

Could be an effect, one headlight is clearer than the other, but it looks like another aftermarket bulb.
