I put the mounted slightly crooked, like 5-10 degrees crooked Now I cant take it out. Its like glued in there

You can take it off and re-apply. You should have a back-up sticker in the box as I did.

Heat up the mount with a hair dryer, gently checking by moving it till you feel it move a little, then use a razor blade and scrape underneeth. My brother owns an autoglass shop so he removes and installs rearview mirrors all the time, which is similar to this.

I didn't notice any huge delays between the 2min clips, but I never stitched them together into a movie either. Make sure you always use a class 10 card in ANY of these cameras. Class 4 won't cut it.

a trick i learned from the gopro people... the hair dryer first to heat it up but then some dental floss to get under... has always worked great for me

That's funny. In Massachusetts we can not stand Connecticut drivers. They are absolutely terrible
