You can call me by name because I'm sure this was directed at me. Just so you know, I'm well aware of the amount of suits going on between various other companies, my issue with this one are the companies suing, getting sued and what they won in the case. 1.05 bil is a lot of change even for the world's largest phone manufacturer. My issue is with the patents, this victory if the appeal fails is going to change / neuter the market for apples competition. As a droid user this pisses me off greatly.

Well the end result is this as well as their goal to ban multiple devices will only do poor things for the consumer.

If you go to the bank you can ask them for two dollar bills... Apparently they are still in production and can be had in most places.


I had a friend that would always be stocked up on Two Dollar bills because he would just request them when he got withdrawals from his bank...

Apple got lawsuit-happy when Windows appeared, but the real issue is that they were starting to get really spanked market-wise. But they had nothing to compete with in terms if performance or innovation. Same now.

If they were confident in their future products competing well this would be a non-issue, but Samsung is releasing product like crazy, partly because they make their own hardware. So Apple is scared.

Remember this lawsuit and jury was in Apple's backyard and was the only one that they've won a significant settlement. Appeal is coming.

Last time I went to HOOTERS, I had a bad experience, so I try not to go there anymore... even tho they make decent wings

Didn't mean to aggravate. I too was once a droid user, until my Droid dawned the black screen of death and restart loop. I will return once my sentence with the iphone is up. However, i do like the easy sync with itunes.

Unfortunately, competition these days seems to occur in the courtroom and not the marketplace.

Huh? Personally I find iTune is the least intuitive software, ever, to be used in Desktop software. Menu commands are placed in the wrong place: what is on the right-mouse button are not in the main menu, does the drag-n-drop works? I donno. Preference is stored in the wrong command, and commands are just disabled for no reason. Sync files are stored in the least place and hard to configure. And why on earth does it keep syncing if there is nothing change. I simply just gave up on it.

And I have a iPhone.

Try syncing playlists to your Droid. It's a nightmare even with second party applications. I enjoy iTunes on my computer much more than the iPhone version of it.

Hm... looking at all the FR-S/BRZ exhaust kit for it... but I don't see single exhaust. I see a ton of dual ver, which I'm not against it... but I like single better than dual. Am I the only one?
