i said gville cause it is half way from me to Raleigh. If i am overruled i will drive further i suppose.
about the logs, i do have some, but the are not the traditional logs i would use for reading timing, they are more along the lines of just seeing what the car does under certain loads. i can get some logs to share with everyone on this thread though. also as i stated i should have ECUTEK software by the end of the year. I will not say how or exactly when, but i will have a way to help out or completely tune those in the area by email or in person. I am a no bullshit type of tuner and believe the best way to get customers is to be truthful and will admit that this type of injection is new to me and i have been hitting the books (literally) trying to learn as much as i can about it, and will continue to do so. I consider myself an expert tuner with evo's and a moderate tuner when it comes to STI's and am busting my butt between school and work to learn about BRZ/FRS's before i get the software to tune them. I WILL NOT tune anyones before i tune my own, and this is because i would rather learn on mine than someone elses even though i am insured for way over the price of our engine. I was the same way when it came to evo's and sti's and since, have tuned numerous evo's and a fair amount of subies. As far as John's tune, i by all means respect the man. he is amazing at what he does, point blank period. The only thing i don't like is that he HAS TO play it safe with his tunes just like cobb does with their AP's. He tunes conservatively but has access to a lot of cool features that ECUTEK sends down to him, which i will have access to when i receive the tuning software from my understanding (have never worked with ECUTEK so am only guessing that all "master tuners" receive the same goodies). I would be happy to share my tuning "portfolio" of all the evos that i have tuned, and when i do start tuning brz/frs's i will offer the first 1-3 for free with paid retunes for when you get new mods. this is my business model with new platforms. And you can ask NotsoJDM, my evo runs like a champ.....on some badass steriods lol. now for the meet, i am on leave for the next two weeks so lets get something together. one thing we could do is join up with Carolina Super Cars and do their "scavenger hunt" event this month. here is the event description GET READY FOR ANOTHER EXCITING RALLY! ![]() DATE: Sunday, September 30th TIME: 3pm PRICE: $15 for members $25 for non-members LOCATION: Location will be mailed out at the time of purchase. I would prefer a free meet. And Raleigh would be nice. We have a brz in va to come down and I'd imagine he'd prefer Raleigh as well as those of us near Raleigh.
Everyone else please chime in with your choice of location and proposed cruise spot you'd like to go to. Thinking about a lake nearby or something?

Of course you prefer where you live lol. I am at least asking for a half way. But I will drive out if I am the only one not in that area.

Cary is far from Raleigh? You on drugs? haha (I'm just going off or Raleigh cuz your sig says so) I'm up for whatever in NC so it doesn't matter. Everywhere is a drive for me so it doesn't matter. I'm used to going out of my way. Just name the place.

I'm the dood from VA lol. You can just @ShoGun me if ya need me. For me Greensboro is about 30-45 mins closer to me (Raleigh/Cary is 1 hr and 45 mins away) but since I don't drive my brz during the week I'm down to come out. I just prefer to have something planned where I can spend a good portion of the day down there. Anyone got a pool?! Or bachelor pad w ps3 or Xbox we can meet at after a cruise?
