The troll is pretty weak in here. Fling a few stereotypes about owners, downplay achievement without substantive argument, rinse, repeat. Yawn.

Given the car's popularity can't we at least attract some decent quality trolls?

Quick recap - this shop has built many a ''straight line monster" in the past and has started this thread for the purpose of documenting their development work on a new platform, which they happen to be doing very openly, numbers and all. Why U mad bro? Mystery.

BTT - this isn't the type of setup I'd run on my own car (I'm with the 'early spool/low down torque' crowd) even though I think the turbo placement is actually pretty interesting but DAMN if it isn't fascinating to have a front row seat to watch the bar being raised.

Moar posts, moar popcorn, less noise please.

I feel that Don and John will tune and develope this car and kit into one of the next monsters out there. Everyone who is hating on his positioning and this or that, well, why can't you go get someone to make one that you want to your perfect specifications. Aparently noone has made nearly as much power as Don and John have on this platform. Yet.

Power isn't everything - the goal is to make useable power with out blowing the car up. People don't want to buy a turbo kit only to blow up the car.

At a certain point were going to reach the limit of this motor... I guess everyone will be watching for that moment. But until then i guess Don and others will continue to build different power level turbo kits for the masses.

The BRZ-300 kit is very good.

Personally with a clutch and injectors its the perfect kit. This car isn't going to explode with 300whp on 93 octane.

On e85 you can turn it up without having a blink of worry.

Hell, i would love to get the e85 when i get all this, but my nearest station is over 250miles away.... it sucks. The highest octane ive seen anywhere near here, is 93. Bummer.

Yeah not easy for me to run e85.. But 30 miles away makes it doable.

At least your not stuck with 91 octane!

That wasn't the point of that review... it was best drivers car and with this setup it probably wouldn't have placed 4th it would have been closer to last place. Just sayin..

You sure know how to bring a guy down.

<------ 91 is the best we got in Oklahoma.

But at least we don't have car inspections! Woot!

If your stuck with bad gas and want more. A simple Methanol Injection kit will bring power levels up closer to the E85 tunes. Its simple!
