Fun shouldn't be reserved for only decently quick cars though. Everyone likes to have a good time at the races besides sitting on the side lines.

Almost sounds like when they used to do import night @ firebird raceway in Phoenix az. You could go Friday night and only get beat by one or two cars if you brought something decent, but you go Thursday night you'd get your ass handed to you every run unless you were running under a 13 second quarter.
Stock these cars aren't hard to get off the line, but with any power added its hard to keep em from spinning. Just 25 extra whp makes second gear spin all the way through with a hard shift on the stock wheels and tires. Keep up the hard work and I'm sure you guys will pull some crazy fast times out of your car.

121 trap is about right for ~3000 lbs and 400hp. ET Shows the drver skill, Trap speed shows the HP.

They are having a hard time with the launch. Also a couple of those runs were done with the traction control on.

Very odd I have seen 4190 pound car with 400 rwhp run those times.
Surely 2750 pound car and 400rwhp would be in 10s...

All I am hearing is excuses. End of the day if the car had 400 hp it would be in the 10s no sweat.

"If"? Check the dyno graphs and the trap speed, it has more than 400 hp. There's no excuse to be had, it's already there.

I'd bet that in a few weeks, Don will figure out how best to launch this beast and they'll get close to or hit that mark.

Ya sure .. 10's first time out with a new set up.. Maybe if it was an auto with a high stall

Get that 60' down and low elevens easy.. Look at the rear as the car leaves. It needs to squat a bit but I doubt this is going to be a dedicated drag car..

Tens possibly with the driver mod over time

Maybe if it didn't weigh 2800 lbs. Power curve is just fine for the track and the street. Check out his in-car vids.

This is Don's thread and John's thread, let's try to keep it on topic. I think this kit can be pushed even further beyond the ~430whp.
