Show us a well angled pic of the scene of the crime, thats a true shame.

Workers need to be careful when it counts, especially with new cars.

Much respect to you!

If I was in your situation, I would demand a new car and wait some more. Even though they fixed the dent that surface area is more susceptible to impact.

I wouldn't imagine my reaction to something like that! you handled it well and so did the dealership.

I think a lot of it was the fact that the dealership was pretty upfront about what happened, which is obviously what is expected but still a nice thing when it happens.

When the incident occurred I didn't even think of taking pic because I right away said, I'll wait for another new car. Then when they called me and said they could fix it, it was too late to get a before repair pic. I'll post an after repair pic later this weekend.

I don't know what I would do if it was me, I am pretty easy going too but perhaps some discount after they pop out the dents?
I would be more worried if the contents of that spray got on the paint rather than the dents that will be popped out...
No worries there, I cleaned and Zymol'd that area when I got the car home. It looks perrrrrfect.

This color looks so good on this car. I'm really glad I chose this color. My second choice was the metallic Grey but my brother is getting that color. His arrives sometime in Sept. same dealership. He's terrified now after hearing my story. Lol

Agreed, I was impressed and it allowed me to keep confidence in this dealership and my purchase experience. Kudos to Farrish Subaru fairfax va.
