They are slowly starting to arrive but most are still noted as in wait list status. This is what your car is showing as well. My guess is mid to late June. Report will come every week and when I have pertinent date I will immediately inform you. Ken at Carr

The BRZ's are now slowing down in arrival at all dealerships. Getting 1-2 a week. Your car is still noted on the vehicle report so it's in the works. I am still hoping for some better news mid month. Report will come every week and I will immediately inform you. Ken at Carr

Despite some of the initial BS from some at Carr, Ken seems like a really good salesman who goes out of his way to help customers. Kudos to him.

Nick,

All the BRZ cars are on a hold at the port. Subaru is not saying why but we are hearing there is a delay in some added options. I contacted Subaru to let them know your car has no adds to be installed,but they said there is a regional hold for awhile. I am not even sure where your car is in the mix. Doing the best I can for you. Some speculation that we will see them in July. Ken

No but some people have started experiencing stuttering, CELs, and stalling at idle. It sounds like both companies acknowledge there is a problem. They could have stopped delivery while they pin down what cars are affected.

By holding a large amount of cars at port, they can get a good test of how large and how serious the problem is.

I recall before my friend got the FR-S, the dealers were saying the cars were at the port for a while but they didn't know when they can be loaded to the truck. My friend later received the car with patched owner's manual. Hope they are doing something there to address any issue they know.

Hey y'all! I got my VIN number and ETA! :-D
I should get my BRZ sometime in the week of September 16th-22nd!
I am going to request the dealership does not touch the exterior of the car, and I will be taking it directly to Thomas Dekany for new-car prep and Opticoat/Optiguard treatment.
Soon after will be tint job on the windows, I'm thinking Llumar Air 80 all around. Has anybody here used this film? 80%-ish visibility and heat rejection approx equal to 15% tint. This tint has a slight blue hue to it, and I think would look good with the World Rally Blue color.

There is an awesome looking Lightning Red limited 6-spd sitting in the parking lot there. Only one BRZ was delivered yesterday and it was mine!
