Hey John, I have a serious question regarding your product. You're fastly rolling up on 100 vehicles now running your software. 200 or so in the next 6 months. From what I understand, you're a one man operation. How are you planning to push updates and trouble shoot issues in a timely manner?

I would imagine the scenario goes like this..

Once he is done with this batch of tunes he will perfect the automatic tune. After that he will mail out updates to his AT users.

After that he expands to start looking at tweaking for intakes, and building respective tunes for MT/AT + (Insert_Intake_Name_Here).

He sends out a group-mail for his flash, or mails out a link to his buyers to download any flash updates that pertain to their car, be it stock, or intake modded.

If a user has a critical problem with their vehicle with regards to a tuning issue, he will probably move them up in priority...

Or, maybe none of that. I'm not even sure if he's human.

Like I do for the other platforms I do, just one thing at a time.

Each file is keyed to your cable and car so I have to adjust every file.

There isn't enough money in this to hire people..especially when it's sold at a group buy price.

Anyways I have a member "dura1198" in my area I am going to meet with as soon as the tunes do come through. As long as he has your file and can prove full payment.

I dont know why some people think their special or more special than someone else..

I have a list and I'm going by that at this point.

I've also stated more than once I'm only sending a tune to people that have cables.

It's UNFAIR for me to spend the time preparing a tune for you to flash into someone elses car while people with cables still don't have tunes.

Everyone will wait their turn.

When I get back to CT and I have the other cables + loaner cable setup then we can figure out who can meet up with who.
