This is pretty stupid, but the FR-S/BRZ is not the only car with this problem.
The FR-S/BRZ gauge layout is nearly identical to Porsche's 986/996 (early 2000s Boxter & 911) - all that's missing is the digital oil pressure gauge.
I think the only way I would have got my Boxster to 250 kph would have been to drive it off a cliff...

Interesting similarity. I have also observed that the centre mounted dash vents look a lot like the first gen. Boxter's too. I really like the look of them.
