j/k...modern halogen lights are more than adequate...HID's are a look-at-me thing...not that there's anything wrong with that...

Yeah...I don't doubt that. I just personally think they're expensive, overly complicated and serve no benefit.

For everyone that bitches about how heavy cars are these days, this is why. Because everyone is convinced they can't get along without HID's, 10 speaker stereo's, leather covering everything, heated seats, climate control, etc...
