I decided to go big or go home and painted them with VHT red and rattle can clear. It buffed out nicely and way better than I thought. Hope they last long.......

Ah, you're a much braver soul than I. I am horrible at spraying anything. I was hoping you'd say a local vinyl shop did it for you so I could go to them as well. Trying to convince someone to paint my taillights is tough.

My friend that does vinyl was a little worried that the transparent vinyl wouldn't form enough. Especially around the aero fin. I wanted to see some close ups of the wrapped ones to see how well it formed around the fin. Have not found any yet....

I agree it was a little scary, but the results were well worth it.
