To me though it's not all about looking good, but I'd be a liar if I said I didn't care about that as well, its just that I prefer more weight to hold my own. Since I'm only 5'5 vs. my opponents that around 5'10-6'5 and they tend to weigh in around 160-250lbs. So I decided I need more weight for sports, for fights, and yeah... also for a better physique.

And to look physically in shape doesn't necessarily mean you're in shape/healthy, all depending on that person's various goals or training regime's. So in a way that's why I've decided to restrict myself to not go overboard and to not end up going over 160lbs based on my frame.

And If you ask a true body builder they'll tell you its not what you look like, its about what you can do in the gym or perform. So in general most bodybuilders care about being stronger than the guys you or I see on tv and such. Strength is the key that I'm aiming for. And when the time comes, when I'm older, I'll begin to shred some weight for health purposes.
