AHHHHHHHHHHHH! damn you for getting yours already. im also waiting at gillman north. what trim, color, tranny did you order? what was your order date and eta if you dont mind me asking. i prefer not to drill, and ive seen some people with front middle mounts that look like that just pop on to the brz mustache, but i cant really tell if any drilling was done.

It was WRB M/T limited
Im the dude who took over another guys order because he was stationed elsewhere thread remember? :P

A premium white brz also came on the truck this afternoon. The dude took it straight to the track after he picked it up.

As for the mount i believe they drilled from underneath the car. If anything autozone has a license mount that you can ziptie on for now.

What's goin on Wallace? That SWP was the one i would have been waiting for, but got a limited in June. I bought the Grimmspeed and it sat for a while until I finally installed it over the weekend. I'm still undecided if I like it or not. The whole off centered look isn't really what I wanted, but at the same time I'm legal without any holes in the stash.

sup, did you go some where else to pick up your limited? i think i might just go ahead and let them drill the holes, since i dont plan on ever moving the plate anyways. i also dont like the side plate look.

Nah, got it from Gillman North. I was the lucky one that got it the same morning someone backed out.

I'm almost tempted to install the stock bracket, which would look better than the tow hook mount. The only thing stopping me is how clean the front looks without a plate. I just carry the tools with me to take the Grimmspeed off and put it back on depending on if I feel like wearing it or not, it's easy to do.

did you guys know texas doesnt require a front plate, because of a loop hole in the system. however, it will probably be fixed at the end of the year when they can rewrite the state laws.
