I know of a guy that has a wall of shame displaying all kinds of fake cashiers cheques, self pics of Nigerian scammers and other stuff he managed to get by playing along with internet scammers. The scammers get scammed!

I emailed him back that I already sent the $2500 but Paypal keeps sending me form emails saying I need to send the funds so they can release the overpayment to my account. I asked for the payment to go to Heywood Jablome.

This is a classic scam on Kijiji, I think. Heres how it is for Kijiji, the guy has some problem but needs the item urgent so they say they will pay you through PayPal first and you send them the item afterwards. The tricky part is they send you this really legitimate looking email apparently from PayPal and then you send them your item and poof you lose everything..

If anything I would wait for his agent to actually show up?

This is a classic scam that most people get hit with when selling higher ticket items through various websites. I thought my sarcasm was obvious when telling the story. Again, sometimes when you play along with them it can go on for weeks. Check out this link showing a movie one Nigerian was coerced to make (through skillful manipulation and naïveté on the Nigerians part, attempting to comply with a misunderstood victims request before sending funds). The Nigerian thing started 30 years ago by university students attempting to extract funds from various expats in their country.

Spotted a firestorm FR-S going eastbound on Carrville at Yonge around 3 PM Sat. Gave the guy a wave then realized he wouldn't have noticed me as I was in my xB.


CORRECTION: the colour was Hot Lava.

Spotted whiteout on bathurst at dundas. Was driving home with my firestorm, was sad one was in the car. Fianlly saw one on the road when i was in mine.

Black FR-S Friday last week... FMP around 9 ish, you had a girl in your car. You also had HID's, look like you two were having an arguement or making out since it took you guys a bit to get out.
