They will work with you unless you got custom engraving. They are a real good company to work with

That's weird I received my tracking shipment notification 1 week after I placed the order. You should e-mail them they're really good with responding.

Just got in touch with Flossy we're all squared away. Should have my knob early next week. I picked a weird design lol so it needed to be approved.

I love it, makes the shifts buttery smooth and feels great in my hand.

For those that opt for engraved artwork that looks best with a particular rotational orientation, like a shift pattern, you might try this. Get a piece of 3/8" rubber rod or a rubber stopper with a maximum O.O. of 3/8". Cut it so that it is about 1/4" thick, and place it inside the threaded socket on the shift knob. When you thread the knob on, the top of the shift lever shaft will bottom out against the rubber, which will give a little and deform. The amount of give/deformation should enable you to align the artwork on the knob however you want it. The tension from the deformed rubber will also help keep the knob tight. When I get my knob, I might try a 3/8" diameter rubber ball like this one that is available from McMaster Carr Supply - 1241T4. Just drop the ball in the shift knob, then thread it on until you feel the tension from the ball deforming. Turn the knob further until your artwork is aligned the way you want it.
