So can we use the 14mm OE bolts for the rear as well? How can we get a little rear camber on these?

I got them for the front already but I was curious before I went for an alignment if I can get another set for the rear. What are the torque specs for the upper bolt?

No, the rear suspension does not use a strut. You need either an adjustable lower arm or offset bushings in the upper a-arm.

Which ones? Generally speaking some come with, some don't but have them available, and some don't but you can use another company's camber plates.

Well if I buy coilovers they would have to have the plates.

A lot of the good ones (AST, KW for example) don't come with camber plates or top mounts.

Usually the better coilovers/dampers don't come with plates, you just pick the ones you want and get those (GC for me....)

Ground Control, RCE/GTWorx, and Vorshlag all make super awesome camber plates.

I'd be a little cautious using camber plates with pillow balls in them for street use, but YMMV.

The Whiteline Com-Cs give you negative camber and caster. You lose adjustability but they're rubber mounted IIRC.

A good mount usually fares better but yes you'll get a bit more nvh. I think the Whiteline tops are urethane because they don't do much with rubber. I have a set on my car and they have been great. They are similar in stiffness to the group N mounts.

It seems like what we want to do to gain some camber up front is by replacing the upper struct bolt with one of these options:

A) OEM bolts. Either Subaru part # 901000394 or Toyota/Scion part # SU003-02818
B) Subaru concentric bolt part # 20540AA090 used on the Imprezas
C) Whiteline- Camber Adj Bolt Kit 14mm P/N: kca414
D) H&R Camber adjustment bolts

So here are the questions:
1) For option A, I know they are essentially the lower struct bolts. Is there a difference between 901000394 and SU003-02818 or they are the same bolt?

2) For Option A, these are just smaller diameter bolts so does that mean there are no fine tune adjustments that can be made? They are not even "camber bolts" right?

3) For Option A, any concerns with them slipping?

4) For Option B, have anybody tried these concentric bolts and are they adjustable?

5) For Option C, are these the best ones to get? Keep in mind that I don’t need to comply with any rules, just looking for the best solution. I believe they allow fine tune adjustability and won't slip. Is price the only drawback?

6) For Option D, I don't even know where to get them. Are these it? http://www.hrsprings.com/products/triple-c.

Thanks.
Go to rockauto.com and search for camber bolts under wrx or anything really. They're less then $15.

Because clunking.

Pillow balls are solid mounts. Perfectly fine for smooth racetracks but do not seem to like the rough surfaces of less-than perfect streets. Potholes etc.

Rubber top mounts absorb some of that shock; hard mounts transmit it. Eventually something somewhere has gotta give.

Not all the time, but YMMV. Out of 4 brands of solid top mounts I've used only one didn't end up clunking.
