Was running late for work today... didn't have time to warm up the car so kept the rpms below 5k. I started out in 1st, shifted a little after 4k rpms, and then the car just stopped moving although the rpms kept climbing. At ~4k rpms, it felt like VTEC kicked in (comparatively). Then I remembered, oh yeah..... torque dip. For some reason I just wasn't expecting that today.
As some people have said, around town and "normal" driving it's not noticeable, but once you get on the throttle, it is. Lol. |

Don't want an SW20, they do look cooler but I like how the SW30 is much lighter, and I don't like the idea of a >25? year old engine design. Don't get started on Mk1s, not interested in driving something >20 years old :P |

But I couldn't tell if it is a manual. Criagslist search result: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/search/c...inAsk=&maxAsk=
