I am not sure on which others have real vs fake. I actually love the BMW leatherette, especially for utah. I think that the Mini's are under 30k with leather. I have had a mini with leatherette and one with the leather, and would be willing to guess that the mini leather is real, but the leatherette feels almost the same and lasts much longer.
