Didn't get banned but with the new "sponsorship" rules, all commercial vendors have gotten their threads deactivated until they become official sponsors of the site or something like that. I think the emblems are about 60 bucks. Call Luis at Carson Toyota @ 310-522-2383. He's taken care of me with most of my JDM parts.

Method that worked for me was:
-Heat up the emblem slightly with a heat gun or hair dryer
-use some fishing line (and gloves) and using a saw motion back and forth, cut the adhesive behind the emblem.
-Use your fingers to roll/peel the left over glue
-Use some Goo-Gone to remove any left over glue
-Use some spay polish to make the area nice and clean

Now I just have to order some Toyota emblems..
This is exactly what I did and everything worked perfectly.

If I wanted to apply a Toyota badge right away when I remove the Scion badges would I apply wax before I put the Toyota one on?

It is recommended to protect the paint that was under the scion badge. Not absolutely necessary though. I did it with Meguiars Quik wax.

I used Turtle wax I believe. But I made sure to wipe it completely off otherwise your emblem won't get good sticky contact.

My car had the dealer sticker on, but it was BARELY on there. I think the prep guys are being pretty nice to the FR-S's because they also didn't want to drill the front bumper for the plate holder. I think they put the sticker on so lightly on purpose. It pulled right off with no tools or chemicals.

Do you need to remove the pegs from the back of the Toyo emblems before you rebadge? (I don't have my car yet, but I'm steadily stockpiling parts)
