Paddle Shifting

I'm used to stick shifts and clutches, but i got the FRS in paddle shifters, when should i be downshifting?

but anyways

Down shift when you need more go. Upshift for more MPG's. Or I guess you could just put it in sport mode...

But as petty revenge I'll just tell him anyway:

You downshift to activate NOS. Floor the car. Click the left paddle and you'll feel a surge in engine speed. Don't worry, this is completely normal. Your car is now running on nitrous and you'll be impressing everyone with how powerful your engine is, that it can tear itself apart.
