Possible Toyota version of FR-S in NA Lineup??

I agree on both terms. I'm throwing an alpine system into mine ASAP.

But I would assume the subaru is higher quality, with more HP, hence a higher price tag.

Anyway, this is an interesting news. I hope it's the Z and Cayman fighter. Toyota missed out a lot of battles against Nissan and Porsche from the last decade.

I think everything from factory is not as good as aftermarket for the same brand/model, but if you ask me, I prefer ML over Bose. ML in my dad's old LX470 was really good for a factory equipped.

Usually Scion doesn't use Bose, but rather stereos that look more after-market (even if they were installed stock).

Hm... interesting rumor... actually no, actually it was lil bit upsetting for me. Specially this part

3.6L H6 (EZ36) is POS! I'll admit it has nice tq at low end... but that's pretty much it. mid & high rpm it sucks! IF and IF they put 3L (EZ30) instead of 3.6 and all the new technology on it, then it's somewhat understandable.

There was a rumor like this a while back, but I can see this happening. I believe the FT-86 will be a platform Toyota will base a Lexus version, convertible, and sedan. I'm sure they won't come for some time, but it is rare that a company uses a platform for only one car in particular, usually it is shared with other models too.
