The larger your airfoil is the faster it needs to go to be efficient. On top of that, it will tolerate less angle of attack before stalling for any given speed, and angle of attack is where the vast majority of the downforce comes from. So pure size is a pretty poor investment for low speed downforce.

What you need for low speeds is a wing that can operate at a very high angle of attack, like 20+ degrees (45+ if you're really serious). Any single element wing is just going to be a parachute at that sort of angle, you'll get some downforce along with massive amounts of drag. The trick is to use a multi-element wing, like the two element in F1 but more-so. The second, third etc. airfoils act exactly like the flaps on an airplane, they allow the wing to operate at slower speeds and higher angles of attack without stalling. That's why you'll occasionally see crazy stuff like 4-element wings with leading edge extensions on autocross or hillclimb cars. They look a bit ridiculous, but they will make a couple hundred pounds of downforce at 30 mph.

But yeah small wings are silly.
Go big or go home.
Unfortunately, big wings are for race cars and ricers, so wingless it is.

Ahem... 'Gurney flap' mean anything to you?

(But yeah, low speed needs retarded wings. You forgot the extremes of the Pikes Peak cars, and the World of Outlaws roof mounted dining-room tables. )

Welll, I do have a secret wish to make an FR-S run on alcohol :3
I can get E85 local and if I store it I can have 170 proof all year.

Should cost about the same per mile as running Premium so no loss by me!

Anyway water cooling > air cooling. If you want more cooling capacity upgrade your radiator .

Rice is mostly eaten by Asians, so the way rice used carries a connotation that Asians like to add giant wings and gaudy body kits to their cars...

If I did anything I would upgrade the suspension, assuming it needs it. But I like the way it looks (as a concept anyway) and would mainly focus on paying it off quickly.

i think that... no, i promise that i will molest the life out this thing with LED exterior/interior lighting mods. I can guarantee a complete LED underglow kit and nothing less than black lights that can read every observable surface on the vehicle. Strobe lights mounted in various places for various uses...

aside from that, definately a sound system upgrade, within the first week if i dont have an in-dash 3.5mm port. probably a pretty dark window tint. debadging on every surface within 3-6 months, along with a custom paint job. and putting フロントガラス on the front windshield before it gets off the lot

Why? I don't get why you would write "Windshield" on the windshield.
