I'm scared some of the used ones may have some sort of metal damage. Bummer cakes. I'm slightly concerned about the cost of getting them custom painted.

Get them powder coated. I have a friend with a shop. If you can find the powder he can do it for cheap.

I wouldn't mind it being cheap but quality over quantity. :x I don't want the forging compounds to be all jumbled up. Plus.. I'm not sure if the color I want is avaliable. :>

i usually hate yellow on cars but that looks good

damn getting custom colours on your rims is $$$? I was thinking since the surface area is small it wouldnt be too bad

I was hoping to do custom lip and rim colour

Depending on what you want.. paint vs powder price goes up. :< Also lots of people can't properly powder coat correctly; therefore, damaging the forging of the wheels itself which sucks if you invested quite a bit of money into them.

As for body.. Kage mentioned car wrap which costs much less than actually custom painting your car. After a little research--the downside is.. it'll last you 2-3 years (which isn't necessarily bad!) but loses a bit of the shiny-ness of the car.
