Dent Doctor- fix it or not?

Was driving home with a freshly filled BBQ propane tank in the trunk. Had it "stabilized" with towels to prevent rolling. Took a corner a bit too hard and heard a thunk in the back. I was shocked to see a tiny barely viewable bump right in the center of the deck lid as the corner caused the tank to flip end over end and it hit the underside of the deck lid.

Called Dent Dr and described the damage and accessibility. Was told best case $75.

Is it worth worrying about or should I just consider it one of many dings this car will see it it's lifetime? Opinions?

BTW you can't even see it in the pic.

Why post the pic if you can't even see it?

Just sleep on it, I have a minor dent probably from a flying rock on front hood and was pissed off at first. A few weeks have passed since I took any initiative to fix it, but now i don't even care anymore. Nobody is gonna see it unless they have a magnifying glass or I told them about it.

spend that money on flossy knob instead

I'd be more worried about Godzilla in that reflection than the bump.....if it bugs you, get it fixed.

Agreed. If it's bothering you go ahead and take care of it. I can't see it but I don't have to live with it.

Some owners would dismiss something like this and not even post about it. Others have a lower threshold of tolerance. In other words, we can't tell you what your mind wants. Creating this thread already says it bugs you to some extent. Live with it for a few days to a week or two and if it's still on your mind you'll know your answer without question.

Don't use them. Get on your local forum and ask around to find the best guy locally. Those dent medics/ drs get really basic training and get it right 1/5 times. I'd personally research the best because they all cost about the same.

This is actaully good advice, if you feel you need to fix the dent...

Simple solution: drop in a turbocharger, jump on a track, you probably won't care about a dent or two anymore.
