Yea... i guess you're right... wheel speed is simply engine speed after its gone though the driveline, but that just seemed odd to me when I first saw it.

Thats actually damn near perfect if you ask me haha. My current car is a cobalt ss making a little over 310 to the wheels. So 270-290 in the BRZ would be freaking awesome! Can't wait to get this kit. Have you done any track or drag strip testing?

What tire and suspension set up are you using to help keep the car planted with the power increase? Any 0-60 or grip numbers to show yet?

The engine likes to rev... Honda guys have ran BIG turbos for years and made BIG power up top. There will be some monsters produced with the FA20, just wait...

Don... you remind me of Steve Anderson... he was the guy to find the limits of the stock '03-05 SRT4 engine (which was about 500whp, on hyperectectic pistons, powder cast rods and a cast crank). I have no doubt that you will make more power than you are currently, on the stock "bottom end" (middle end? haha). My hats off to you, I know you're not trying to blow this car up, and you will not put out a product that will do harm to customer cars. Keep up the good work, and I bet the "MONSTER" BRZ/FRS (FA20 based) will come out of Toledo just like the first turbo kit did.
Speaking of stock SRT4, this dyno happened on a stock block SRT4. He made almost 700whp before quitting. I was a witness.

I've seen stock K20s put down 700whp+, stock SR20s do 600whp, 2jz do 800-900whp. Hell, I've seen turbo miata with disco potatos and no wastegates pushing 25psi boost through stock 2.0L miata engines! Just crazy stuff. I've also witnessed a lot of catastrophic failures hahahaha.

I bet a large turbo on low boost will make awesome numbers for pump gas. Let's see a GT35 or GT3076r on this thing. 1 bar boost will make 400+whp. It will need more fuel. But it will make it there. Just give it time.

Can they (the pistons) reliably handle the 10 lbs boost for people who want to drive this car everyday ( Like me!) Or is the life span drastically shortened?

More power less life ....good rule of thumb
Power is never free , tranny will blow up first if it's tuned right
