My ETA was Aug 6. Nothing yet. A truck came in Tuesday with several cars, but no BRZ. Frustrating. How is it possible that, 5 years ago, I was able to order a $15 frisbee off eBay, and I was able to track it morning and night to see where it was, and be able to determine its arrival within a few hours. Yet now, Subaru can't seem to keep track of a $28,000 car to at least be able to say something other than, "it was supposed to be here Monday?"

If you have to stretch for some bright spots...more aftermarket parts available when the car gets to you and they should have the idle/cel/cricket issues figured out...

Ok. My sales guy called and said the car is at the railhead and should be here next week. Sucks alittle but better than just waiting and hoping every day

Two weeks ago i ordered my pearl white limited fully optioned out.

Dealer called today to say November is when I should have it as the build date is scheduled for late October.

So agree on that. Let them fix the bugs that surfaced, put that in the production line, and then ship it here. It will be around Nov/ Dec time. This is why I am not paying MSRP + to get it now.

In need of a bit of help. I didn't get any von on my car because i didn't ask/know i could have it looked up at the time. Are there any dealers on here that could look up my car by seeing what is supposed to be coming in to the dealership? Its a White M/T that is ordered to Norwalk toyota/scion. May have a 5axis kit attached to it.

it was supposed to be in wednesday. My friend who is close to and referred me to the sales guy says the he told em it's not coming in til the 16th but feels bad telling me that it was the 8th and that it got delayed..

Reason i'm not asking my sales guy for it is because i want to see if he was just pulling my chain and trying to get me to leave a deposit.. I dont see that being the case though because i could simply pull my deposit and take it elsewhere.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

My original ETA was 8/6, and it just came in yesterday. Yours may be fairly close, too.

Mine went from the at rail head status to at the dealer within 2 days, so you may get it sooner than a week. Be ready for it!

That's optimistic! I ordered July 9th and was told to expect February/March!

I ordered mine July 7th and was told October, possibly November... Damn I really hope it doesn't drag out 8-9 months, that will hurt.

is SOA in charge of distributing cars in america? whos fault is it that there are still people waiting on their orders while some dealers have cars sitting on the lot?
