A bit cheaper HK$355,250 but Crown already increased it by $20,000 last month.

Care too join?

I got the same radio as you. Sound is okay, just the color clashes with the rest of the lights in our dashboard.
OK, sounds good. Let me know where to meet in W9 - can do via PM if you want. My number plate starts with RB.

Also, what are you using for radar/laser detection? I have a V1 in the Legacy which has served me well so far, but wondering if I should use something else for this car, or just move it over. The Beltronics STI-R Type Plus looks good but is quite expensive.

Send you a PM.

I use a RX65i but it's not that sensitive anymore against those new orange radarpost.

Thanks. I am not sure if the V1 works against them. It works against the Multaradar CD, but it is not foolproof (tell you a story at the SMD).

I have rear facing Recaro Proride seat in the BRZ - it fits, but your wife will need to work with her spaces on the front passenger side.

To take baby in/out of the car, you will need to enter from the driver's side by sliding the driver's seat all the way forward, carry the baby like a topedo, then sit in the driver side rear seat, put baby into the rear facing seat... it works well and should not hurt your back...

Congrats on the purchase - HK got some decent roads where you can have fun.

Thanks man. We already have a Maxi Cosi setup, so will have to see what fits. But the torpedo point sounds about right.

Got a bit more time in the car tonight. Like it, but the engine channel is starting to grate on me. Maybe it'll sound better once it's broken in?

I didn't know Subaru had a BRZ-L
For thone that don't know: pretty much every car maker has to make an "L" version (longer wheel base ) in Chinese/hongkong market because everyone is chauffeured.

As for the rear fog light, no, I don't think there is one or that it is set up to turn on. I switched on the front fogs and didn't notice a change in the rear lights.

Sorry, I managed to switch on all fogs tonight. Yes, the rear fog (bottom rear triangle) does work.

There's only one model here, which is supposedly (Toyota parts-bin stereo aside) the top-of-the-line model. I suppose it's whatever is the highest trim everyone else gets.

-L cars are not uncommon in mainland China (32xLi, 52xLi, A6L). However, they are rarer in Hong Kong due to our tight streets, unless you get to the really high-end stuff (7-series, S-class).

i really wish the US model came equipped with the rear fog light. i know we can import an OEM JDM rear fog kit from japan, but it's pretty expensive. do you know how the OEM rear fog is wired up?
