In case anyone is considering to get this TSB done soon, you might want to wait for a little bit longer. There seems to be a problem with this TSB.

BTW, the link to TSB I posted above seems to be removed.

I heard some of the ECU coming are not reprogamable as far as the owner keys go, my ECU is ordered.
